Sacral Stabilizer Hip Belt -$29.95 After cutting up and redesigning every belt on the market, as usual, we did it ourselves. Our belt is a 4" wide webbing that wraps very tight around the hips and Velcro's in the front with three, 2" wide strips. There is also a wedged shape pad in the back that puts pressure over the sacrum to add stability before wrapping around the hips right below the hip bone or about 4" below the waist. This belt is great for those having trouble holding a correction because of lifting or standing all day. Elderly do quite well with this belt because of the stability it offers. It isn't intended for every day use, just trouble day use. Our belt retails for $29.95 if hip measurement is below 46" - over 46" add $5.00. We must have your hip measurement and keep in mind they are made when ordered. In order to properly measure for the belt, measure 4 inches below the waist or 4 inches below the belt loops.

Hand Held Index Knobber® -$8.95 (instructional booklet with triggerpoint chart included) Since our main objective is eventual self care and of course prevention, we often mention trigger or pressure points,the index knobber comes with a chart of various trigger points. A number of therapists use these techniques and even though they prefer the feel and pressure of one's own thumb, very often you just get tired or don't have the strength to use enough pressure. The Index Knobber® is probably the simplest pressure point device on the market however, it is our favorite. It is made of wood, easy to hold with one knob. The Index Knobber® retails for $8.95.

The Theracane® - $34.95 ( instructional booklet to guide you in locating the trigger point included.) The Theracane® is the ultimate trigger point device the index knobber comes with a chart of various trigger points, we've used it personally for years and consider it a must, along with the Sacro Wedgy®, for self-care. If you think about it, most of the time when you are hurting, you are alone. That's when it's nice to have the right tools around you to at least address a problem before it becomes more serious. It's easy to get rid of a twinge and prevent it from becoming a "symptom" and more serious. The Theracane® retails for $34.95

The Neck Support - $12.95 Since neck support is so important, we found it necessary to design a cervical roll that complimented the Sacro Wedgy®. We made it convenient for travel, 10" long, high enough to support the average neck curve, 4" in diameter using a very dense foam and with a blue, poly/cotton zipper cover to complete the system of stabilizing and slightly elevating both ends of the spine. The only thing left to do is the most nothing" you can do -RELAX and really let gravity to the work. The neck support retails for $12.95 with volume pricing available.

Heat Resistant Travel Pouch - $8.95 One day we received a fax from a man who used the Sacro Wedgy® for travel. He left it in the car in the heat and of course it warped. He said "his Sacro Wedgy® had scoliosis" and wanted to know what to do. That's when we designed the travel pouch. It is made with silver material lined with a layer of quilting with Velcro at the opening for easy removal. The pouch is available in the male or female version and will hold one Sacro Wedgy® and one elevation pad. Retails for $8.95 - excellent for truck drivers or traveling salesmen. Some like the pouch just to hold the two items together. If you are on a firm seat such as a plane, use the Sacro Wedgy® without the elevation pad. Find your comfort zone. Sitting on the Sacro Wedgy® is designed to fill in the gap and stop the spinal column from dropping, not elevate--defy gravity--stop the drop.
